We had another fine day of handcycling this afternoon. Michelle of course was there and I say of course because before the month was a week old I had an e-mail from her signing up for all the dates available this month. There also were a couple of first-timers Moise and Bill, it is special to see new riders learn that sometimes it’s fun to get “CRANKY”

I want to thank my volunteers from TWU, Whitney and Jevin, I hope to see you guys out there again soon. Mike and Rick came and helped out thank you guys and Gary was there with the Golf Program so this is one of the few opportunities to get two RISE activities and only have to park your car once. I know some of you are waiting ’till the handcycle and golf picnic next month so that you can get fed too but by April 11th things are going to be pretty hectic so it is probably best to get some riding in before then by e-mailing me and reserving your spot.

    1. Now I’m regretting that I am waiting until the picnic next week. I’m anxious to ride some bikes!

    2. Maybe I’ll come up this Sunday. What’s the latest I can RSVP for this Sunday? And, do you have any recumbant (low to the ground) bikes?

    3. I’m just excited. I’d better not come tomorrow. I don’t want to pay for a hotel, and I’m not prepared to get up at 4am to drive there. Oh well. Good thing we have a hotel set up for next weekend. I’d really like to try the one recumbant bike next week, if possible. We’re thinking about buying one, so I need to try it first and make sure it’s worth the money. Thanks!

    4. I will be in tomorrow for a ride again.

      Thanks guys!
