Our great friends at the LSPVA donated their bus to RISE Adventures this week. Chris Goad heads the Texas Thunder Event Committee and was desperately looking for accessible transportation with a lift. His task was to be able to transport quad rugby teams flying in from numerous other states to and from the airport and the tournament. He reached a lot of dead ends but was finally blessed. He sought to borrow the PVA bus for the weekend. They really didn’t use the vehicle as much as they would have liked so made a donation to RISE so we could transport groups to and from our programs. From everyone at TEAM RISE, thanks to all of you at the Lone Star Paralyzed Veterans Association for supporting RISE and our very important mission. Special thanks goes to Glendon Bentley and Eric Payton, you guys are the best, THANK YOU!

To everybody at the Lone Star PVA, Thank you!!! You guy's are so active in the community and we don't always get a chance to thank you for all that you gave when you served our country and all that you do to improve the quality of life of anybody and everybody that you can with whom you come in contact with. We have all been blessed by your unselfishness, your kindness, your genuine interest and desire to see programs succeed and get off the ground that not only benefit your own members but everybody. For all you do, it doesn't go unnoticed...we can only hope to emulate your actions and duplicate the deeds...We love and thank you.
I was surfing the site above and found a really good website named FreedomDisability.com that can really help you if you are disabled. This domain address has really good information that can help people with disabilities who live in the United States apply for Disability Benefits and win. This website offers a lot of helpful tips and information where you can get free information on how to successfully apply for and win Disability Insurance with the Social Security Administration (SSA).
Hello. I simply wished to let you know that certain parts of your site are difficult to read for me, since I'm color blind. I'm troubled by deuteranopia, then again you can find a lot more types of color blindness that will also get issues. I can understand the biggest section of the site Okay, plus the locations I've difficulty with I will be able to read using a special web browser. All the same, it would be great if you could consider us color-blind persons when doing your next site revamp. Thank you.
