Important RISE Program Update on Making Reservations!

Due to the rapid growth of all programs RISE has instituted a new policy on accepting program reservations effective June 15, 2010. RISE owns our own equipment for every program and can accommodate any size group. The reason for the new policy is to have enough volunteers on hand to handle transfers and run the program. Our offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

RISE now requires TWO BUSINESS DAYS preregistration for programs. When making a reservation you will be required to answer the following questions:

1-      Have you ever participated in this RISE Program before?

2-      What is your level of disability?

3-      Can you transfer yourself?

4-      Telephone number in case of weather cancellation.

5-      Names and ages of family members, if any, accompanying you. RISE encourages family members to attend with the disability.

This new policy was made to insure you have an enjoyable RISE Experience each and every time! Once you participate in a particular program you will only be required to answer question number five (5).

  • Does the new reservations policy apply to the End of Summer Bashes as well?

  • Brooke, no reservations for the End of Summer Bash. There will be a sign up form as always though.

  • Ok, thanks. The sign up form is after you're there, though, right? Not a week early?

I just want to know how far in advance I have to decide if I'm going to travel to Dallas.

    Thanks!
