I would like to invite everyone out to join us in our new handcycle program on Saturday mornings from 9:00 am til 12:00 pm at Sam Houston Trail Park in Irving. We have been very lucky and have had three weekends of beautiful weather and I personally would love to see all of our handcycles out on the path being ridden and enjoyed. We have plenty of handcycles that are waiting to be put into action and it is an easy process to get registered. We will have a bike waiting for you to enjoy and you can be in it and on your way in as little as 15 minutes. This program has the space available now so you can bring a family member or a friend and they can enjoy the ride and exercise along with you. This is a great way to meet new people and not just exercise but socialize.
The entrance to Sam Houston Trail Park is located on the north side (right) of the westbound (north) frontage of LBJ Freeway UNDER the President George W. Bush Turnpike. Park entrance is 100 feet west of Valley View Lane on right side of frontage road.

You guys rock with the handcycling! Thanks for taking the time to bring out the bikes. I was looking forward to this Saturday but I guess you guys have to take a break every once in a while. Maybe I'll catch the following Saturday.
