RISE Horseback Riding - RISE is developing a horsemanship program. For more information please contact Ernie Mason, 817.791.8319.

Ernie Mason, right on his horse Misty Brooke, takes Monica Lisot, on Diamond Debbie for a horse riding lesson. Ernie has been teaching horse riding lessons since 1985. He volunteers his time to help anyone experience what horsemanship riding is about. He has accepted a position as RISE Horse Riding Director and is very excited to be a part of this program.


RISE Adventures has also teamed with Equest to support their program. Equest does not offer occasional riding. Rather they offer a series of lessons, as well as hippotherapy, in three sessions per year. RISE Parasailing - RISE Parasailing is scheduled begin in 2008. Due to the large amount or rain in North Texas this year, we do not feel like it is safe. The boat and equipment are the type that we would be taking off from land. We have a budget for an accessible boat with a platform and wench. This will be a safer method and will actually take off from water. The participant will have a choice if they even want to get wet or not. We have had many requests for this program. RISE will send updated information in March, 2008.
