RISE Haunted House was held Saturday, October 10th, at the Dallas Scaregrounds. A cold, drizzly, evening didn’t dampen the spirits of the 82 folks that attended this third annual event. It was the first time for many to attend a haunted house in their wheelchair and children that have never been in a haunted house. [...]
